Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a consistent daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to provide expert radiology interpretations while maintaining work-life balance. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on radiology cases remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring timely turnaround. - You will collaborate with facility teams to support diagnostic needs and patient care. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. - You will utilize teleradiology platforms and technology to deliver seamless service. - You will participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. - You will communicate effectively with referring physicians and healthcare staff. What You Bring: - You have an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You are proficient with PACS and teleradiology software platforms. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. - You hold an active medical license valid in Washington State or are eligible to obtain one. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or remote radiology role. - Subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Familiarity with advanced imaging modalities including CT, MRI, and ultrasound. - Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams remotely.
