Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a consistent daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering accurate and timely radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on radiology images remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide diagnostic support and improve patient outcomes. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring timely turnaround. - You will adhere to facility protocols and quality standards in all radiology reporting. - You will maintain clear and professional communication with referring physicians and staff. - You will participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives as needed. What You Bring: - You have an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Radiology. - You possess at least 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You are proficient in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities including X-ray, CT, and MRI. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - You hold a valid medical license to practice in Washington State or are eligible to obtain one. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a teleradiology environment. - Familiarity with PACS and RIS systems. - Additional subspecialty training or certification. - Prior locum tenens or remote work experience.
