This locum opportunity offers a daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life routine while delivering expert radiology services. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely and clear radiology reports. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines. - You will utilize teleradiology technology to review and communicate findings remotely. - You will participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. - You will ensure patient confidentiality and data security in all communications. What You Bring: - You have a medical degree with board certification in Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in teleradiology or diagnostic radiology. - You are proficient with PACS and other radiology information systems. - You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams. - You are detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or remote radiology role. - Familiarity with Spokane-area healthcare facilities and protocols. - Additional subspecialty certifications in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal imaging. - Demonstrated ability to manage high case volumes efficiently.
