Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a consistent daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering accurate and timely radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report diagnostic imaging studies remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely communication of critical findings. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring productivity standards are met. - You will adhere to all regulatory and facility-specific protocols and guidelines. - You will participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of care. - You will maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all cases reviewed. - You will stay current with advances in radiology practices and technology. What You Bring: - You have an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You possess strong proficiency in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities. - You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in teleradiology or locum tenens roles. - Familiarity with Spokane-area healthcare facilities and their protocols. - Additional subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal imaging. - Experience with advanced radiology information systems (RIS) and PACS.
