Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a balanced schedule with no on-call duties, allowing you to focus on delivering accurate and timely radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on diagnostic imaging studies remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely communication of critical findings. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring productivity standards are met. - You will adhere to all regulatory and facility-specific protocols and guidelines. - You will participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of radiology services. - You will maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all cases reviewed. - You will stay current with advances in radiology practices and technologies. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license to practice radiology in Washington State or eligibility to obtain one. - You possess at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You are proficient in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. - You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote healthcare teams. - You demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a teleradiology environment with remote PACS systems. - Subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, or body imaging. - Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and electronic medical records (EMR). - Prior locum tenens or contract radiology experience.
