Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a balanced schedule with no call requirements, allowing you to provide expert radiology interpretations during daytime hours. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on radiology cases remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring timely turnaround. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide diagnostic insights that support patient care. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines. - You will utilize teleradiology technology to review imaging studies and communicate findings. - You will participate in quality assurance activities to uphold clinical standards. - You will document all findings clearly and concisely in the electronic medical record system. What You Bring: - You have an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You possess strong knowledge of radiology imaging modalities and interpretation techniques. - You are proficient with teleradiology platforms and electronic health record systems. - You demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or remote radiology role. - Familiarity with Spokane-area healthcare facilities and their protocols. - Additional subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Experience with quality improvement initiatives in radiology.
