Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive patient care by conducting consultations, performing physical assessments, and developing individualized health and treatment plans. Responsibilities include managing patient health concerns related to weight loss and hormonal health, longevity labs, recommending supplements, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate patient records. Additionally, the role involves educating patients about lifestyle changes to support their health goals and collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team to optimize care services. Qualifications • Licensure and certifications required for Nurse Practitioners, including a current and valid APN or ARNP license • Core clinical skills including patient assessments, prescription management, and development of treatment plans • Experience with areas such as weight management, hormonal replacement therapy (HRT), longevity and regenerative and preventive care is highly desirable. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and multidisciplinary collaboration • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and maintaining accurate patient documentation • Ability to work independently while adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory policies • Relevant clinical experience, with a learning new techniques and procedures is highly desirable.
