Job Description Summary The Patient Safety Leadership Coach for MUSC Health reports to the System Director of Patient Safety. Under limited supervision, the Leadership Coach partners with MUSC Health leaders, the employee engagement team, and key system stakeholders to strengthen leadership capability and advance a culture of safety across the organization. This role provides executive and leader coaching, facilitates leadership and team development, and supports enterprise safety programs by aligning coaching strategies with organizational data, engagement insights, and safety priorities.
