5+ years supporting Epic with project planning and execution experience, PMP certification, and preferably multiple Epic module credentials.
Description At-the-Elbow (ATE) Project Manager and Delivery Coordinator Job Description: Client is seeking experienced Epic ATE Project Manager to provide oversight, project planning and serve as key liaison for all aspects of the go-live ATE project. This resource will be responsible for developing a project plan, including deliverables, milestones and timeline for all ATE support phases. The PM will play a crucial role in evaluating Client’s current support readiness level, provide a gap analysis and finalize a support project plan with Client team. The PM will assist with the development and delivery of orientation/training as well as oversee the logistics and execution for all ATE resources throughout the duration of the support contract. Key Responsibilities include: Manage all Contractor ATE Go-Live Resources including hiring, onboarding, and scheduling. Manage and report ATE staff scheduling Manage any schedule changes and adapt staff scheduling as needed. Provide real-time tracking of quality and numbers of end-user engagement. Assign oversight roles for each site location. Provide continuous (24 hours per day / 7 days per week) coverage as needed. Document all Contractor activities related to Go-live and present as work products and a comprehensive deliverable. Support Client, EHR vendors, and end users to confirm that Go-Live issues are reported in the ticketing system, triaged for decisions, and resolved in a timely manner. Requirements Required Experience/Skillset: 5+ years experience supporting Epic with proven history of project planning and execution leading to successful Epic go-live support strategies.
