We are actively seeking a Sales Support Specialist with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily administrative support to Sales Executives and the National Sales Director • Assist Executive Management with various strategic and operational initiatives • Complete assigned projects such as generating sales spreadsheets, graphs, • Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate personnel • Attend team meetings, record minutes, and distribute summaries via email • Coordinate delivery of MSI equipment requested by Sales Executives or hospital staff • Create, assemble, and distribute customer financial proposals via mail, email, or fax • Prepare, process, track Leases, Rental Agreements, and hospital correspondence • Process Purchase Orders by confirming receipt and entering data into Business Central CRM • Register and monitor vendor credentialing for sales representatives and nurse educators via online portals • Book hotel and travel accommodations for meetings, trainings and client visits • Audit and submit expense reports for reimbursement using Expensify • Assist in planning and coordinating sales meetings and training sessions • Organize conferences and corporate events • Create, assemble, and distribute training materials, including manuals and initial inventory shipments • Maintain inventory of administrative supplies and marketing collateral • Order replacement inventory as needed • All other duties as assigned Skills & Competencies • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail and a commitment to timely, accurate task completion • Strong organizational and written communication skills • Professional telephone etiquette • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities • Capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team environment Education & Technical Proficiency • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in administrative support • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced, professional setting • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Comfortable navigating online platforms and utilizing internet-based tools Medical Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
