Coordinate clinical rotations, maintain student records, and assist with exam preparations.
Experience in surgical technology or operating room, clinical training, and strong organizational skills.
Surgical Technology Program Coordinator • Find and secure partner facilities where students can complete their required scrub/clinical hours. • Coordinate and schedule students for clinical rotations. • Keep track of student case logs and ensure all clinical requirements are completed. • Help students prepare their NCCT paperwork and guide them through the exam application process. • Assist students with scheduling their NCCT exam. • Maintain organized records of student progress and completion. Qualifications • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or TS-C credential preferred. • 1+ years of operating room or surgical technology experience. • Experience with clinical training, precepting, or academic coordination is a plus. • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to engage with medical facilities and negotiate clinical placement agreements. • Someone who is familiar with NCCT prep exam. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
