Job Summary Company: Medical Card Exam™ Location: Remote (U.S.) Employment Type: Full-Time, Immediate Start About Us Medical Card Exam™ is building the nation’s largest physician-led telemedicine platform for medical cannabis certification and outcomes research. In just two weeks we’ve had over 1,000 applicants, including 52 in under 3 hours. Our growth is extraordinary—and we need an assistant who thrives in this kind of environment. The Role We’re seeking a highly organized, unflappable Assistant/Coordinator to help us manage, schedule, and onboard hundreds of nurse and physician applicants across the country. You’ll be the right hand of our leadership team, bringing calm, structure, and efficiency to a very fast-moving operation. What You’ll Do • Manage high-volume applicant flow (hundreds per week) from initial response to scheduling interviews. • Coordinate calendars, send offers, and track responses • Develop and maintain systems to streamline onboarding of 1099 contractors (nurses, physicians). • Communicate professionally and warmly with prospective staff, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. • Handle documents (demographics, licenses, IDs, W-9s) and ensure all compliance requirements are met. • Report directly to the CEO to prioritize tasks and keep operations on track. What We’re Looking For • Experience handling rapid or “uncontrolled” growth—you’ve worked in startups, recruiting, staffing, or healthcare operations where volume was high and deadlines were relentless. • Proven scheduling, onboarding, or recruiting coordination experience. • Comfort with technology: Google Workspace, Zoom, scheduling apps, CRMs, or EMRs. • Calm under pressure, resourceful, and excellent at creating order out of chaos. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • High energy, adaptable, and eager to grow with us.
