Full Description

About Us At IMAIGE, we’re building AI systems that help businesses and consumers label, curate, and organize their most meaningful photos and image assets. Our mission is to preserve the world’s important digital content while reducing the environmental footprint of storage through smarter, personalized culling. As we grow, we’re seeking a Product Manager - someone with strong product and project management skills, as well as experience in requirements development. If you thrive on turning big ideas into actionable plans and want to help shape cutting-edge AI technology, we’d love to meet you. Position Overview This role bridges project management discipline with product development vision. You’ll dive deep into our product, understand its features and workflows, and translate that knowledge into clear engineering requirements. From breaking down epics into user stories in ClickUp to collaborating with sales and product leadership on roadmaps, you’ll keep development cycles efficient, transparent, and aligned with customer needs. You’ll be responsible for managing release cycles, ensuring requirements are met, and keeping communication flowing between development, sales, and leadership. Ultimately, your work will help ensure the product evolves smoothly, stays user-focused, and delivers impact. Key Responsibilities • Translate product vision into detailed engineering-level requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner. You will not only defend the project vision, but also the development path and feature priorities. • Manage requirements in ClickUp, breaking down epics into stories, tasks, and subtasks to support efficient sprint cycles. • Lead product meetings-capturing requirements, documenting action items, and driving follow-through. • Oversee design processes to ensure UI/UX insights are reflected in development plans and timelines. • Maintain consistent sprint and release cycles using agile practices, with an emphasis on usability and user experience. • Monitor QA to ensure product quality and completion of development tasks. • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with business and customer needs. • Act as the central communication hub between sales, development, and the executive team. • Provide executive-level reporting on project and product progress. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in project or product management, specifically within an SDLC environment. • Strong background as a business analyst, specifically in writing detailed business and technical requirements. • Excellent communication skills, including meeting facilitation and cross-team collaboration. • Experience building software products from the ground up; creating alignment around an idea or concept, defining it and taking it to market. • Experience with agile methodologies and project management controls. • Proficiency with project management and development tools (e.g., ClickUp, Git, Bitbucket, MS Project). • Experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps with leadership. • Experience analyzing user feedback to prioritize features and enhancements. • Familiarity with QA processes and testing software; experience managing QA is a plus. • Startup experience a plus. • Strong leadership presence and ability to communicate progress at the executive level. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science/MIS, Engineering, or a related field. Work Requirements • Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. • Effective Communication Requirement: This role demands strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear and effective interaction with product owners, sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for gathering insights and translating them into precise, well-structured written requirements. Proficiency in English that allows for clear, detailed, and complex communication is essential for successful job performance. • Requirements Examples: Candidates should be prepared to provide examples of product specifications and requirements developed in the past. Why Join Us? If you’re a strategic thinker who loves both the structure of project management and the creativity of product development, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your impact. At IMAIGE, you’ll be part of a dynamic team pushing the boundaries of AI technology while making digital content smarter and more sustainable.
