Responsibilities
Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports, provide first-level Salesforce support including Field Service Lightning, support Medicare user acceptance testing, and manage Medicare enrollment reporting.
Requirements
Experience with Salesforce systems analysis and reporting, advanced Excel skills, Salesforce Field Service Lightning preferred, and ability to write Salesforce Inspector queries with SQL as a plus.

Location: United States Duration: 4 Months Responsibilities: • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and list views to support Medicare Sales Operations • Provide first-level Salesforce support and maintain Field Service Lightning • Write Salesforce Inspector queries; SQL experience a plus • Support Medicare-related user acceptance testing and articulate Salesforce requirements • Manage collateral ordering and reporting for Medicare enrollment using Salesforce and Excel • Strong Salesforce systems analysis and reporting skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency • Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning preferred • #LI-Remote • #LI-JK1
