Figment Design, a full-service marketing agency located in Miramar, Florida, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. We’re a full-service creative and digital agency helping brands, especially in travel and tourism, hotels, and resorts, grow through branding, creative, strategy, storytelling, and innovative digital execution. We’re seeking a Business Development Manager who can open doors, build relationships, and drive new revenue opportunities. What You’ll Do • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects • Identify opportunities across travel and tourism, resorts, hotels, and the themed event branding sectors • Lead RFPs, pitches, and proposal development with strategy + creative teams • Present compelling, insight-driven recommendations to prospective clients • Cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers and industry partners • Collaborate internally to align opportunities with agency capabilities and capacity • Track KPIs, forecast revenue, and meet quarterly/annual growth targets What You Bring • 5+ years in business development or consultative sales (agency experience in travel and tourism preferred) • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and integrated campaigns • Proven success in generating and converting new business opportunities • Excellent communication and presentation skills • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Self-driven, organized, polished, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us • Competitive compensation + performance incentives • Health, wellness, and professional development benefits • Opportunities to contribute to thought leadership, webinars, and industry events • A collaborative culture that values strategic thinking, creativity, and measurable results Ready to help shape the future of our client roster?
