Job Overview We are seeking Business Development and Corporate Planning Manager who will play a strategic role in enabling the company’s sustainable growth across global markets by aligning cross-functional operations with long-term corporate priorities. Key Responsibilities: • Propose strategic plans, long-term goals, priorities and actions. • Develop and lead continuous refinement of Medeia’s 5-year corporate roadmap. • Lead annual strategy cycles. • Collaborate with CEO and R&D to design and execute post-market studies and real-world evidence projects. • Oversee external research partnerships. • Coordinate and leverage existing certifications and pursue regulatory approvals. • Collaborate in the process of employee recruitment, training and the general performance of the personnel. • Lead periodic reviews of product positioning and feature roadmaps, analyzing user feedback, market demand, and competitor benchmarking. • Work with Finance and Sales Teams to optimize pricing strategy and models. Requirenments: • Master’s degree. • Minimum of 8 years of corporate management experience. • Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance standards, and healthcare industry trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel as needed.
