Bilingual Intake Specialist – Pediatric Therapy & ABA MedCare Pediatric Group | Stafford, TX MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist to support new pediatric therapy and ABA clients at our Stafford, TX location. This role manages the full intake lifecycle from first contact through staffing handoff, serving as a critical bridge between families, clinical teams, and department schedulers. \n Key Responsibilities: Serve as first point of contact for new ABA and pediatric therapy referrals Communicate with families in English and Spanish Collect, review, and enter intake documentation into EMR Verify insurance coverage and identify authorization requirements Coordinate clinical readiness and prepare intakes for scheduling Partner with department schedulers to support staffing handoff Maintain intake tracking and provide family updates Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish/English (required) Experience in healthcare intake, ABA, or pediatric therapy preferred Strong communication and organizational skills EMR experience preferred (Raintree, KanTime, WebABA a plus) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Compensation & Growth: Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour Includes a 90-day performance review with potential compensation evaluation Apply today to help families take the first step toward care at our Stafford location. \n $18 - $24 an hour \n
