Implement and support Sectra PACS system including performance tuning, data migration, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
3+ years as Imaging Systems Analyst with strong Sectra PACS experience, knowledge of DICOM/HL7 integration, data migration, and performance testing.
Title: Sectra PACS Analyst Location: 100% Remote Contract Duration: 6+ months Start Date: October 20, 2025 Project Overview: The client is implementing Sectra PACS with a target go-live in October 2026. This role will focus on implementation, supporting system performance, administration processes, and identifying & implementing improvements throughout the imaging ecosystem. This is a critical enterprise imaging initiative with high visibility across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Sectra PACS Support & Implementation • System performance tuning, configuration, and ongoing support • Experience with a multitude of modalities as it relates to PACS systems implementations required. • Support PACS design, build, implementation, and system integration • Participate in system documentation and performance monitoring • Workflow Analysis & Performance Testing • Analyze and improve imaging workflows to enhance efficiency and quality • Data Migration & System Connectivity • Support data migration activities with experience in VMs and DICOM/HL7 integration • Training & Knowledge Transfer • Assist in training planning and execution (some training experience is preferred) • Contribute to end-user training and documentation • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with internal FTEs, including enterprise imaging leadership • Participate in technical conversations with architects and leadership Required Experience: • 3+ years experience in an Imaging Systems Analyst role, with a strong Sectra PACS background • Demonstrated experience in: • Sectra ISD 7 environment • Connectivity on VMs • DICOM systems and HL7 routers • Data migration planning and execution • Hands-on experience with: • PowerScribe or Sectra reporting modules (preferred) • Performance testing and workflow optimization • Imaging-related backend diagnostic technologies • Previous Epic integration experience is a plus
