Rate: Open & Negotiable Shift: Days; 6 AM 6 PM, in-house coverage Start Date: August 2025 End Date: November 2025 Position Details: Patient Population: All ages (0 99) Setting: Inpatient, hospital-based; Level 1 Trauma Center with Comprehensive Stroke designation Responsibilities: Rounding, consults, and postoperative care for neuroendovascular patients; no OR/First Assist; no procedural work except minor laceration suturing; autonomous practice with off-site supervising physician available 24/7 Required Procedures: Minor laceration repair (simple sutures) EMR System: eCare/Cerner Support Staff: Works autonomously; supervising physician on-call Days Per Month: Estimated 240 hours in a 6-week schedule (2 3 shifts per week or more); weekend coverage every 4th week On-Call/Weekends: No on-call; weekends every 4th week Submission Requirements: • Board Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) Required • Active Michigan License Required • Clean Background Required • BLS, ENLS, NIHSS Required • Michigan-addressed DEA Required (verbal confirmation acceptable) • Open to working 2 3 shifts per week or more Required Join us today!
