Job Purpose The Director, Client Services, Access & Operations is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new clients and facilitating access to and training on all relevant systems and applications. Additionally, they coordinate responses to requests form new and existing clients as well as assist with monthly billing and invoicing when necessary. Duties and Responsibilities Onboard new clients, including outreach to obtain required documentation and information including system access forms, testing to confirm access, coordination of training on systems and portals as well as enhanced training on portals Ensure priority issues receive prompt attention; respond to special requests Assist with special projects including the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets to track onboarding statuses; communication of updates/issues as appropriate Facilitate the creation of training materials as needed and coordinate and track ongoing updates/enhancements of new and existing training materials Run reports, update databases Document meeting discussions Develop strong working relationships with various teams across the Company Work with clients to resolve referral issues Develop and implement improved revenue cycle processes and procedures from intake to collections Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance carriers and their claim guidelines/requirements Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in revenue cycle management Other duties as assigned Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum to perform assigned duties Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 10 years' experience in the fields At least 5 years' proven Revenue Cycle experience Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle data analysis and interpretation In-depth knowledge of accounting practices and industry regulations Exceptional attention to detail Excellent collaboration and communication skills Superb analytical and critical thinking abilities Advanced time-management and organizational skills Working Conditions Must possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear. Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress. Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
