High-Volume Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire) | Remote Department: Clinical Employment Type: Contract to hire Location: Remote - United States Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 / year Description At Receptive, we’re building the telehealth infrastructure to connect people with the care they need—whether that’s mental health, nutrition, or primary care—and we need someone who can help us scale our clinical workforce fast. This isn’t your standard recruiter role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, who gets excited about sourcing dozens of clinicians every month, and who knows that every hire made is another patient getting access to life-changing care. Key Responsibilities This is a 3–6 month contract, 40 hours/week, with strong potential to convert to a full-time position. Your mission: own and scale our recruiting engine for licensed clinicians and physicians. You’ll drive the entire pipeline—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing—at speed and scale. This role is about proactive hunting, not waiting around. You’ll find and engage clinicians across the country, moving them quickly and smoothly through the process. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Sourcing at scale: LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards, medical associations, referral networks—you’ll know where clinicians are and how to reach them. Application review: Screening hundreds of resumes with an eye for quality and speed. Pipeline management: Keeping multiple candidate pipelines moving so hiring never slows down. Interview coordination: Scheduling and running clinician interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Process optimization: Spotting bottlenecks and iterating fast—speed matters, but compliance and quality are non-negotiable. Metrics tracking: Monitoring conversion rates, pipeline health, and time-to-fill so you always know what’s working. 3+ years in high-volume recruiting (agency, staffing, or startup preferred). Direct experience hiring clinicians, physicians, or other healthcare professionals. Proven track record hitting aggressive hiring goals month after month. Comfort working independently and remotely. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Adaptability—things change quickly here, and you move with them. Telehealth or digital health recruiting experience. Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting best practices. Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting tools. Basic HRIS knowledge. Ability to work comfortably within PST business hours.
