MeanPug Digital is looking for a Recruiter to fully own our Talent Acquisition System (TAS) and manage recruiting end-to-end across multiple roles—content editors, strategists, developers, designers, and account executives. This is a hands-on role where you keep the pipeline moving, ensure candidates are properly screened, and maintain a high standard for talent entering the organization. This is not a role buried under bureaucracy. We’re a small team, and the recruiter is the engine that keeps hiring efficient, organized, and consistently improving. What You’ll Do Manage the entire talent pipeline from initial sourcing to offer stage. Screen incoming applicants across a variety of disciplines (content, dev, design, marketing, operations). Conduct 15–20 minute video screeners to evaluate fit, communication, and base competency. Coordinate and schedule deeper technical interviews with hiring leads. Keep our TAS tracking up-to-date across all stages. Maintain fast candidate communication (follow-ups, confirmations, rejections). Source additional candidates when pipelines run low. Ensure every open role has a healthy backlog of active, vetted talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine scoring rubrics, role requirements, and job postings. Earn a commission for each successful hire (details outlined in offer). • Some hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting (internal or agency). • Experience managing a hiring pipeline or ATS/TAS system (Airtable, Greenhouse, Workable, etc.). • Strong screening instincts—able to quickly identify red flags or standout signals. • Comfortable coordinating multiple open roles at once. • Clear communicator with high responsiveness and organization. • Someone who enjoys the actual craft of candidate evaluation—not just admin work. You do not need decades of experience. You simply need to know how to run a recruiting pipeline and keep it moving with discipline and consistency.
