Role Overview: As the Vice President of Customer Experience, you will lead the strategy and execution of all customer engagement initiatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term client relationships. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, directly impacting the company’s growth and reputation. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement comprehensive customer experience strategies aligned with company goals. - You will lead and mentor a diverse team focused on customer success and support. - You will analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for service improvement. - You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance the customer journey. - You will oversee the resolution of complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - You will establish metrics and KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and team performance. - You will drive initiatives to increase customer retention and reduce churn. - You will represent the voice of the customer in executive decision-making processes. What You Bring: - Minimum 8 years of experience in customer experience, customer success, or related leadership roles. - Proven track record managing teams in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. - Strong analytical skills with experience using customer data and feedback tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and influence at all organizational levels. - Experience working in healthcare or foodservice technology sectors is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience scaling customer experience operations in a fast-growing company. - Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight. - Background in product management or marketing to enhance cross-functional collaboration. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in international markets.
