Role Overview: As an Implementation Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of MealSuite’s software solutions. You will coordinate project activities, communicate with clients and internal teams, and help drive projects to completion on time and within scope. What You'll Do: - You will manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation. - You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. - You will coordinate resources and schedules to meet project milestones. - You will track project progress and report status updates to stakeholders. - You will assist in identifying and resolving project issues and risks. - You will support training and onboarding activities for new clients. - You will document project processes and maintain accurate records. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes. What You Bring: - You bring 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors. - You have strong organizational and multitasking skills. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - You are proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana. - You have a detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the foodservice or hospitality technology industry. - Familiarity with software implementation methodologies. - Knowledge of Agile project management practices. - Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment.
