About the position We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Analytics Manager to lead data-driven initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. This role will oversee analytics strategy, manage data projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with advanced analytical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes. Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights and reporting • Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals • Oversee data modeling, forecasting, performance metrics, and KPI development • Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify analytics needs and opportunities • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance best practices • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner • Drive continuous improvement in analytics tools, processes, and methodologies Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) • Experience working with large datasets and complex analytical models • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Benefits • 401(k) retirement plan • Health insurance • Dental and vision insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development opportunities
