Customer satisfaction and reliable support remain at the core of our mission. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Coordinator role based in Clarksville, IN. The Healthcare Coordinator will oversee case management processes, coordinate home care services, liaise with clients and healthcare partners, and provide exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth communication between all involved parties, monitoring healthcare service quality, and addressing any issues to deliver superior care outcomes. Qualifications • Proficiency in Case Management and knowledge of Healthcare processes • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members • Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to delivering positive client experiences • Understanding of Home Care frameworks and the ability to oversee related services • Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in a fast-paced environment • Previous healthcare coordination experience is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred
