This is a remote position. ***W2 ONLY*** No corp to corp | No C2C Remote in the US, ideally on the East Coast and preferably based in the metro New York area Client is a market data vendor management firm seeking a Market Data Operations Analyst to conduct in-depth professional and non-professional verifications... Responsibilities · Conduct and manage pro/non-pro subscriber verification in alignment with exchange requirements · Assist with exchange reporting (monthly/quarterly submissions, reconciliations, and audit preparation) · Perform basic client operational support tasks, such as data entry, record updates, and simple reporting · Collaborate with the other team members to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across assigned deliverables Skills & Qualifications · Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes · Proficiency/advanced skills with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing) · Experience with data entry, reconciliations, or operational support work · Familiarity with market data, exchange rules, or compliance (a plus, but not required) · Reliable and able to manage tasks independently with clear deadlines
