Job Title: On-Site Manager / Recruiter – Production & Manufacturing Locations: Phoenix, AZ & Grapevine, TX Company: MDMartin Staffing Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Job Summary: MDMartin Staffing is seeking an experienced On-Site Manager/Recruiter with a strong background in high-volume production/manufacturing recruitment for our client sites in Matteson, IL. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at sourcing, onboarding, and managing industrial staffing needs while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Responsibilities: • Manage and fulfill all staffing needs and operations at client sites. • Recruit and onboard employees for production/manufacturing roles. • Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and internal teams. • Conduct orientations and assist with training plans for new hires. • Create and manage employee schedules; process time-off requests. • Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety standards. • Support recruiters in high-volume hiring when needed. • Maintain employee records, generate reports, and manage operational documentation. Requirements: • Bilingual in Korean preferred for safety and communication. • Previous experience in on-site staffing coordination or manufacturing recruitment. • Familiarity with employment laws and staffing best practices. • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment. • Proficiency with text, email, and job boards/career sites. Education & Licenses: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Valid Driver’s License. Schedule: • Monday – Friday • Flexibility required; schedules can be coordinated between 2 onsite coordinators to support client needs.
