As MDCalc continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales Associate Manager to support our life sciences commercial efforts. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day sales execution, help develop client-facing materials, coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery, and contribute to the success and growth of key strategic accounts. The Role This role is highly collaborative and provides exposure to the full sales lifecycle, from initial client engagement through campaign execution and renewal. You will work closely with senior commercial leaders to support strategic life sciences accounts and ensure seamless execution across client partnerships. The responsibilities of this individual include the following, but are not limited to: Support the development and maintenance of relationships with life sciences companies and their agency partners Assist in preparing client-facing materials, including media plans, presentations, and campaign recommendations Help educate clients and agency partners on MDCalc’s platform, audience, and value proposition Participate in client meetings, capture key discussion points, and track follow-ups and next steps Maintain accurate and organized records of client activity, communications, and pipeline updates Conduct research and support outbound efforts to help identify new business opportunities Monitor campaign performance and assist with client reporting and ongoing account support Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency Your Background At least 2- 5 yrs experience working in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or a healthcare-focused agency environment Interest in building a career in sales, account management, or commercial partnerships Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset Nice to Have Exposure to digital advertising, media planning, or account coordination Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment What MDCalc offers Ability to make a true difference in medicine: MDCalc is the most broadly used medical reference used by 65% of physicians worldwide.
