Overview MD Hyperbaric is transforming healing, recovery, and wellness through hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). As we grow nationwide, we seek an experienced Franchise Marketing Manager to spearhead corporate and franchise marketing, enhance brand visibility, drive patient acquisition and retention, and support franchisee success. This role blends strategic planning, brand management, franchisee support, and campaign analysis. Candidates should have 5+ years in a Marketing Manager role across multiple franchise or multi-location healthcare, wellness, med-spa, medical brands. Key Responsibilities The role involves crafting marketing strategies, managing budgets, supporting new locations, creating marketing assets, and ensuring brand consistency across MD Hyperbaric locations. Key areas include: Marketing Strategy Development • Partner with the Director of Marketing to create and implement marketing plans and a multi-year roadmap to support new center openings, patient acquisition, retention, and brand growth. • Develop an annual promotions calendar aligned with business goals. Brand, Content, and Creative Asset Management • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across franchises by overseeing brand guidelines and marketing materials. • Train franchisees on brand compliance and marketing best practices. • Create engaging content (blogs, brochures, social media, emails, videos) to educate franchisees and patients on HBOT benefits. • Manage a library of marketing assets, coordinate with designers for brand consistency, and organize photo/video shoots at franchise locations or events. Franchisee & Local Store Marketing Support • Guide franchisees on digital marketing, social media, local ads, CRM, referral programs, B2B outreach, and events. • Refine marketing playbooks and toolkits to boost franchisee-driven patient acquisition and retention. • Support new franchisee onboarding with marketing training, ensuring platform and brand setup within 30 days, and provide ongoing support in the first year. • Execute marketing plans for new center openings, including 90-day Grand Opening strategies, budgeting, and event support. • Distribute internal communications (newsletters, email updates) and maintain a communications calendar for alignment. • Conduct annual marketing plan meetings and monthly reviews with franchisees. Campaign Management & Performance Analysis • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, traditional media) to promote MD Hyperbaric and attract patients. • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze KPIs (sales, acquisition costs, ROI/ROAS) for optimization. Digital/Social Media Marketing • Support national digital efforts (SEO, PPC, paid social, email) and stay updated on marketing trends to innovate franchise programs. • Manage Google, Facebook, and Instagram profiles for new locations. • Oversee corporate social media, content calendars, and analytics to optimize website traffic, lead conversion, and engagement. Vendor Program & Management • Oversee vendor programs for PPC, SEO, Meta, PR, and print-on-demand, including performance reviews and RFP processes. • Collaborate with agencies and platforms to execute creative and media campaigns. Budget Management • Assist in managing the National Ad Fund (NAF) budget, overseeing timelines and deliverables for campaigns and Grand Opening plans Minimum Qualifications • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and strategic, with strong problem-solving and project management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • 8-10 years of marketing experience, including 5 years as a Marketing Manager in a franchise, healthcare, wellness, or multi-location B2C/B2B setting. • Proficient in Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., ClickUp), and digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Canva). • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, franchisees, and vendors. • Thrives in a fast-paced, remote startup environment with a growth mindset and focus on execution. • Embraces Radical Candor and demonstrates curiosity and a drive for continuous learning.
