Company MD DESIGN is a boutique healthcare architecture and interior design firm forcused on creating healing environments in hospitals and outpatient services. We believe in elevating the medical space with design solutions that reflect our client’s values and model of care. Role Description This is a full-time position for a Mid-Level Florida Licensed Architect located in Hollywood, FL. It is a hybrid role with 1 to 2 days a week in the office and other days from home or on the job site. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, client presentations, construction administration, and project management. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing architectural plans, collaborating with team members, overseeing construction projects, ensuring designs meet regulatory standards, and integrating software solutions to streamline processes. Qualifications • Architectural Design and Integration skills • Experience in Architecture and Project Management • Familiarity with Software Development and its applications in architecture and design • Productive Revit/BIM experience • Extensive knowledge in Autodesk CAD. • 3D modeling & rendering skills • Experience with AHCA (Office of Plans and Construction) is a plus! • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency in relevant architectural software and tools • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Self-motivated and resourceful • Licensed Architect in the state of Florida • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
