Company MD DESIGN is a boutique healthcare architecture and interior design firm forcused on creating healing environments in hospitals and outpatient services. Role Description This is a full-time position for a Mid-Level Florida Licensed Architect located in Hollywood, FL. It is a hybrid role with 1 to 2 days a week in the office and other days from home or on the job site. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, client presentations, construction administration, and project management. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing architectural plans, collaborating with team members, overseeing construction projects, ensuring designs meet regulatory standards, and integrating software solutions to streamline processes. Qualifications • Architectural Design and Integration skills • Experience in Architecture and Project Management • Familiarity with Software Development and its applications in architecture and design • Productive Revit/BIM experience • Extensive knowledge in Autodesk CAD. • 3D modeling & rendering skills • Experience with AHCA (Office of Plans and Construction) is a plus! • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency in relevant architectural software and tools • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Self-motivated and resourceful • Licensed Architect in the state of Florida • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
