Full Description

Description: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions. • Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments. • Assist in financial reporting and analysis during high-demand periods (month/quarter/year-end). • Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data and maintain proactive tax reporting and compliance. • Manage Sales team account lists, ensuring a clean CRM that feeds into an efficient outbound sales motion. • Develop and execute strategies to streamline sales cycles. • Provide support in various People Ops tasks including annual company-wide event planning, ongoing recruiting efforts, and resource development. • Assist in the development and implementation of People Ops policies and procedures. • Work collaboratively with the People Ops team to address employee inquiries. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2 Years of experience in consulting, public accounting, business operations, sales enablement, and/or finance. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with datasets and derive actionable insights. • Working knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 of US GAAP, financial statement generation, and reporting • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle variable workloads. • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments. • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude. • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information. • Experience with tools including accounting ERP, sales enablement and intelligence, or HRIS platforms a plus • Ability to identify challenges and develop/find solutions.
