Our work environment includes: • Modern office setting • Growth opportunities ```Duties``` - Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and requests. - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information or resolve any outstanding concerns. - Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers at all times. - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information and maintain records. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance the customer experience. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. - Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products or services based on customer needs. ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers. - Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with computer systems and software. - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. - Experience in upselling or sales is a plus. - Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
