5856 - Project Manager (Salary) We are a professional cleaning company looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage a cleaning crew in a warehouse setting. Primary Responsibilities: • Good communication and building relationship with the customer and address customer needs in an accurate and timely manner. • Supervise and manage a janitorial staff for all shifts, train and develop Shift Leaders and employees • Recruiting and hiring staff • Coordinates all Floor Care, Special Projects and Events activity involving Cleaning Staff Qualifications/Requirements for the Position: • Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory with Management experience required • Must have excellent communications skills • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus • Excellent problem solving capabilities • Excellent organizational skills • Must pass criminal background check and MVR check • Must pass a drug screen and other pre-employment requirements as needed Compensation and Benefits: • Salaried Position and Quarterly Bonus eligibility after 90 days • $100,000 Paid Life plan • Comprehensive benefits plans including Major Medical, Dental, Vision, and other Voluntary Life Benefits • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • Paid Sick Days • Company Cell Phone Please reply with your resume for consideration.
