Full Description

5856 -Full Time Supervisor -6:00am till 2:30pm Meets daily with Project Manager to ensure client expectations are met as well as obtain any special instructions such as meetings or special events. May communicate with customer contact as needed. Works with Manager to handle and inspect customer complaint and assists with follow up to make sure the situation is corrected in a timely manner. Performs daily inspections on staff members and assists team members as needed to ensure scope of work is completed daily. Assists with new hire training and onboarding, as well as assimilation to the team. Works with Project Manager to ensure preventative maintenance is performed and equipment is in good working order and safe to use. Responsible for ensuring employees are properly in uniform. May be a keyholder with access to buildings. Works with Project Manager to conduct safety tool box meetings to ensure safe working conditions in his/her buildings as well as enforce company safety rules of conduct with the purpose of avoiding on-the-job injuries. Assists Project Manager with communicating to employees and enforces company rules of conduct and ensure a positive workplace environment. Reports supply to Project Manager. Report any disciplinary issues to Project Manager and work together to resolve matters. Other duties as assigned by Project Manager.
