Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to help grow and elevate our company’s brand, increase inbound leads, and build a consistent marketing engine across email, SMS, and digital platforms. This person will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns while also helping streamline our internal systems. The ideal candidate has strong marketing experience, understands financial or lending industries, and can build a full game plan to grow the company’s online presence and lead flow. Key Responsibilities 1. Email & SMS Marketing Campaigns • Build, manage, and execute email and text message marketing campaigns to generate new leads. • Create automated drip sequences and targeted outreach campaigns. • Track performance and optimize for conversions and engagement. 2. Branding & Online Presence • Improve and manage our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other platforms. • Create professional content that positions the company as trustworthy, credible, and established. • Coordinate and request Google Reviews and set up workflows to increase 5-star ratings. 3. Lead Generation & Growth Strategy • Develop a full marketing strategy and growth plan for the company. • Identify opportunities for new lead sources and improve existing ones. • Work alongside management to meet monthly and quarterly growth goals. 4. Creative & Content Development • Write marketing emails, SMS scripts, social media posts, and branding materials. • Build marketing templates, landing pages, and automated funnels. • Create graphics, presentations, and promotional material as needed. 5. Systems, Tools & Automation • Set up and manage tools for automation, CRM workflows, and campaign tracking. • Streamline internal marketing operations to make campaigns more efficient. • Ensure consistency across all platforms and communication channels. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (required). • Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience (required). • Experience in financial services, lending, MCA, or similar industries is strongly preferred. • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns. • Strong writing skills for email, SMS, branding, and general communication. • Knowledge of online marketing tools (CRM systems, automations, analytics, etc.). • Ability to work independently and create a full marketing strategy without hand-holding. • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design. Preferred Skills • Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.). • Understanding of SEO, paid ads, or funnel building. • Strong copywriting and content creation skills. • Graphic design skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe). • Ability to bring new ideas, new tech, and fresh strategies to the company.
