Qualifications: Required: · 5+ years of experience designing and developing complex applications on the Salesforce platform. · Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, and platform architecture. · Strong experience building and supporting production-grade APIs and services using Java and Spring Boot. · Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, data architecture, governor limits, and integration patterns. · Experience designing solutions for scale, maintainability, fault tolerance, and performance. · Proficiency with Git, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices. · Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Experience working in Agile, product-oriented engineering teams. Soft Skills · Communicates complex technical concepts clearly to engineering teams, product partners, and business stakeholders. · Collaborates effectively across functions, builds trusted relationships, and contributes to an inclusive, psychologically safe team environment. · Demonstrates strong ownership, sound judgment, and accountability from solution design through production support. · Approaches ambiguity with curiosity, structured problem-solving, adaptability, and a continuous-learning mindset. · Balances technical excellence with business priorities, customer impact, delivery commitments, and pragmatic tradeoffs. · Provides and receives constructive feedback, coaches peers with empathy, and helps teams reach decisions through respectful influence.
