We are seeking a passionate and driven Post Acute Care Field Sales Account Manager to support our clientele in the Post-Acute Care sector. This remote role allows you to work from home while residing within the designated territory. Your Role: As our Account Manager, you will be a vital resource for long-term care, home health, and hospice providers, assisting them in accessing the industry's largest range of medical supplies and equipment. You'll foster growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and providing consultative solutions that enhance patient outcomes. About McKesson's Extended Care Solutions: Our extensive portfolio consists of 23 product categories, including durable medical equipment, home care supplies, and oxygen equipment, designed to meet the unique needs of extended care providers. Compensation & Growth Potential: Embrace a Pay for Performance sales culture where your achievements directly influence your earnings. This role offers a competitive base salary of approximately $100,000, with an initial sales incentive of $35,000. Exceptional performers can increase their total cash compensation to $150,000 or more in their first year through additional bonuses. Your Responsibilities: • Manage and expand a portfolio of Post-Acute Care customers. • Identify and pursue new business through prospecting and cold calling. • Conduct business reviews and deliver impactful sales presentations. • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer support. • Maintain effective agreements and secure product distribution. • Work with senior representatives on complex accounts. What You Bring: • 4+ years of sales experience. • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. • Proven success in selling to long-term care, home health, hospice, DME, or wound care providers. • Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and account management. • Experience achieving sales goals and conducting consultative selling. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in healthcare distribution. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally. Work Environment: • Home office setup with occasional travel (minimal overnight travel). • Significant time spent on phone and computer work. Education: • High School Diploma required. • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred. Why McKesson?
