The Lead Business Analyst is a strategic partner responsible for translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring alignment across process, product, and people. This role supports high-impact initiatives taken on by the EPMO COE through strategic planning, roadmap development, and data-driven insights, while also contributing to continuous improvement and user acceptance testing (UAT). Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams. - Ensure alignment across business processes, product capabilities, and organizational roles to support successful delivery. - Create and maintain strategic roadmaps that reflect business priorities and portfolio direction. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics using tools like Power BI and Planview. - Develop business cases, ROI models, and performance dashboards to support investment decisions. - Facilitate cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder engagement. - Support UAT efforts, including test planning, execution, and issue resolution. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, analyzing data trends, and recommending enhancements. - Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate reporting and insights for leadership. - Support financial and resource planning activities within Planview Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred. - 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or project management. - Expertise in tools such as SAP/BPC, Power BI, and Planview. - Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives. - Strong analytical, presentation, and leadership skills. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
