Serve as NPS subject matter expert, analyze customer experience metrics, develop scalable analysis frameworks, create dashboards, and provide executive-ready insights.
Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years in BI or customer insights, experience with VoC data, data quality checking, visualization tools, web analytics platforms, regression analysis, and advanced PC skills including SQL and cloud data platforms.
Description: • Serve as the subject matter expert for Net Promoter Score (NPS) • Act as a key liaison supporting various business units • Analyze customer experience metrics • Develop scalable frameworks for recurring analysis • Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards • Conduct descriptive and exploratory analyses • Frame findings and develop executive-ready presentations • Provide actionable insights based on both qualitative and quantitative research Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related field • 7+ years in business intelligence, customer insights, or strategy analytics • Data analysis experience • Experience with quality checking data sources • Proven experience working with VoC data • Visualization & Reporting: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel • Web & UX Analytics: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, LogRocket, Hotjar • Familiarity with regression-based analysis • Advanced PC skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office • SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Microsoft Azure Data Explorer Benefits: • Competitive compensation package • Annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities
