About the Role As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be central to McKesson’s efforts in maintaining business continuity and driving strategic decision-making. This role focuses on the development, analysis, and modeling of operational and organizational data to deliver actionable insights. You will be part of the IMPACT Analytics team, a high-performing group within McKesson’s U.S. Oncology Network. The team is responsible for enabling data-driven decisions across clinical operations, payer strategy, and value-based care initiatives. IMPACT Analytics leads efforts in analytics enablement, dashboard development, and reporting optimization, supporting enterprise-wide goals. The team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values agility, transparency, and innovation. You’ll work alongside analytics engineers, BI analysts, and data scientists to deliver scalable solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and deliver interactive dashboards considering the user experience - be a storyteller using visuals. • Provide quality assurance and support for both legacy and new dashboards, ensuring performance, usability, and accuracy standards are met. • Resolve complex problems using judgment within defined policies and practices, and recommend innovative strategies to improve analytics capabilities. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions. • Document dashboard logic, data definitions, and processes to support transparency and operational efficiency. • Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals. Minimum Requirement Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. • Proven experience with Power BI and Tableau, including dashboard development and migration. • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL. • Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in analytics, with working knowledge of related fields such as operations and management. • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel. • Experience with data warehousing and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.) is a plus. Additional Skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and determine approaches to solutions. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Familiarity with Healthcare and Oncology data is a plus Candidates must be authorized to work in USA. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
