📍 Location: On-site, 5 days/week — Marietta, GA 📋 Reports To: President or Sales & Marketing Leader Overview At Shields Professional Vehicles, we’re looking for a versatile Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to connect the dots between sales, marketing, and social media. In this role, you’ll keep our CRM running smoothly, support our sales team with clean data and efficient workflows, and bring our brand to life online. This is the perfect position for someone who can toggle between spreadsheets and storytelling — just as comfortable organizing leads as posting to Meta or replying to a comment. What You’ll Do CRM & Sales Operations • Maintain HubSpot CRM accuracy across contacts, companies, and deals • Categorize inbound leads and assign them to the right representative or funnel • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance • Troubleshoot CRM issues and support team onboarding and training • Assist with lead scoring, routing, and segmentation logic • Support sales territory mapping and performance tracking Social Media Content & Management • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals • Create, schedule, and publish original content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) • Maintain a consistent social media calendar and content pipeline • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement Marketing Coordination & Campaign Support • Support marketing campaigns across email, web, and inventory feeds • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies on campaign execution • Help create or manage landing pages, inventory descriptions, and advertisements • Track campaign performance and report on key KPIs Cross-Functional Support • Serve as a bridge between sales, marketing, and operations • Help answer calls, follow up with customers, and support basic administrative tasks • Document SOPs and help the team stay organized • Jump in to fill gaps across internal projects or initiatives as needed What You Bring • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Marketing Coordination, or Social Media Management • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) • Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts • Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills • Proficiency in Canva (bonus for Adobe Creative Suite or video editing) • Comfort working in Google Sheets/Excel and marketing analytics tools • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills • Bonus: Experience in the funeral, automotive, or specialty vehicle industry
