Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers. - You will handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales successfully. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets. - You will provide feedback to management on customer trends and market conditions. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing role. - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
