Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
