Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing role. - Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. - Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
