Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell MCI's services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position MCI's services. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled business services or BPO industry. - Familiarity with multi-country call center operations. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Certification in sales or customer service training programs.
