Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present our services effectively, and close sales to contribute to the company’s revenue objectives. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell MCI’s business services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor your sales approach to match their requirements. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
