Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present our services effectively, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell MCI's services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing role. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. - You are comfortable working with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - You demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled business services or BPO industry. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with multi-country sales operations and cultural sensitivity. - Additional language skills beyond English.
