Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present our services effectively, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell MCI's services. - You will identify customer needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in telephone sales or a related customer-facing role. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. - You are comfortable working with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - You demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the tech-enabled business services or BPO industry. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with multi-country sales operations and cultural sensitivity. - Additional language skills beyond English.
