Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales opportunities. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
