Role Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative at MCI Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging potential customers over the phone. Your primary focus will be to build relationships, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of our services to close sales and contribute to the company’s success. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. - You will engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion. - You will handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
